Alan's Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. uses Seal-Pave Asphalt Sealer, which is made in Michigan and shipped directly to our storage facilities. Seal Pave is a water-based coal tar emulsion sealer which meets or exceeds all Federal Government specifications. We also add 2-3 pounds of Silica Sand per gallon, as well as 2-3% Rubberized additive, which speeds up drying time, resists power steering marks and anchors in sand which increases traction and extends sealer life.
